Program to systemise on a mature site
At a mature site with a large user base the engagement was essentially a whole program of improvements to enhance its budgeting and forecasting processes through systemising its offline models to free up people’s time and have a more reliable source of truth. This was over a 12 mth+ timeframe.

At another client which had grown rapidly and hadn’t invested heavily along the way in its finance systems, the engagement involved cataloging the data in a way that it could be transported into an ERP system once they have the budget and resource availability to kick this off. This whole process took around 9-12 months to complete.
