Director

Director and Founder Justin Lake brings to Think Numbers a diverse and rich tapestry of 18 years in commercial finance. He has held senior finance roles in six different industries and has been at the forefront of multiple finance system implementations that have fortified the Commercial and Finance Teams of numerous Australian organizations.

Justin understands the intrinsic challenges that businesses face when considering major system changes: the need for a well-balanced team that has both financial expertise and technological know-how. Think Numbers was founded with the mission to fill this gap, providing organizations with that elusive, perfect balance, thereby setting them on a path to success.

A Chartered Accountant with an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management, Justin has a breadth of experience with various finance systems, including but not limited to SAP, Oracle, TM1, and Microsoft products. His agnostic approach to software ensures that Think Numbers offers you the best fit for your unique business needs, irrespective of the platform.
